I love writing….and creating artwork….so what better way to combine the two than by writing about ‘A life in Art’! I enjoy working in the visual arts as a Fine Artist, Designer & Illustrator, Medical Illustrator, Art Demonstrator and Writer.

I like to work on a variety of projects. In 2011 I was honoured to be Artist in Residence at BBC Radio Lancashire, running Art Workshops and also teaching a BBC Art Masterclass with a wonderful model Nisha. I will post the progress of this portrait soon; on here and on my Facebook page.

My love of art and writing has led to my becoming a regular contributor to Leisure Painter Magazine and an Art Demonstrator for The Artist and Leisure Painter Magazines.
My first adventure in 2012 was at the Spring Fair International. I was invited by the Fine Art Trade Guild to give a ‘Talk and Art Demonstration’. The title of my talk: ’A life in Art’!
