Anne Corless is a co-founder and the Inaugural Chair of the Association of Animal Artists. After retiring from the AAA Committee, Anne founded (in 2014) the Association of Animal Artists Inaugural Chairman’s Award which she co-judged. Anne co-sponsored the Award with Derwent, Rosemary & Co Artists Brushes, St Cuthberts Mill and The Artist and Leisure Painter magazines. The Award ended in 2024.
The award was given to artists at different stages of their careers.
