"Based in my home studio in Lancashire in the UK, I have enjoyed a varied career in the creative arts working as a artist and medical illustrator/ multimedia designer and as a writer. A qualified art instructor and Adobe Creative Educator, I have also long enjoyed teaching and demonstrating art on cruise ships. In my roles as Artist in Residence and Art Instructor I enjoy sharing my love of art and my interest in art materials and techniques and it is a joy to spend time in the Olsen Art Studio on board Fred. Olsen Cruise Ships. Travelling also gives me the opportunity to research and record images of the natural world and to collaborate with wildlife charities when possible."
